Israel Levy (Chairman)
Israel serves as a managing partner at ATROG, a business development and Active Incubation company. ATROG actively helps start up companies in all stages from initiation - to funding - to technology innovation and development - to sales and exit. Prior to ATROG, Israel served as the founder and CEO of ControlGuard, an endpoint security company (acquired by Cryptzone - 2010). Controlguard served over 300 large enterprises including the largest financial and security agencies in the US and Israel. Prior to ControlGuard, he was the CEO, of Technomatix Unicam, a fully owned subsidiary of Tecnomatix (NASDAQ: TCNO), which was acquired by UGS Dec 2004 and later by Siemens. Additionally, Israel was Senior VP Business Development and BU manager at CA HQ in Islandia NY and a Managing Director of Computer Associates Israel. Israel holds a BA and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Shay Rapaport (CEO)
Prior to founding SBB, Shay founded a Cor 5 years and acted as the CEO. He was also a freelance IT consultant and project manager. Shay holds an LL.M. degree in international law and specializes in internet law and cybercrime. and Additionally, he has a background in journalism.
Erez Azaria (CTO)
Erez is a a software engineer and IT professional with a vast wide background in a variety of computer and network environments. Erez has a 14 years worth of experience working for Mercury Interactive (later HP Software), covering many IT areas and roles. Prior to founding SBB, Erez co-founded Mobile Nature Ltd, in whichwhere he was the CTO. Erez hold a B.A degree in industrial design.
Nir Tarlovski (board member)
Nir is the CEO of TheTime, an Israeli boutique investment company, focusing on early stage new media and internet companies. Nir has vast wide experience in technology and IT related investments and played a lead role in many mergers and aquisitionsacquisitions in this field. Nir holds a B.A degree in economics.
