Please read the following Terms of Use ("TOU") carefully before using the services supplied by SiteBlackBox. By using SiteBlackBox services you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Use. SiteBlackBox has the right to revise the Terms of Use at any time without providing notice thereof.
In order to use any of the SiteBlackBox services you will be required to register and order a service of your choice. Each such order grants you with a license to use a service. All Licenses, unless explicitly stated else, are time limited, and, uless explicitly stated else, subject to payment of fees. Your payment of the fee grants you the license of use for these services, for the limited amount of time of your choice. If for any reason charge of fee to a license fails, the license will not be issued. Any unlicensed use of SiteBlackBox services, including any use of computer code sending data to SiteBlackBox server, is prohibited. Any abuse of a service, licensed or not, including but not limited to flooding, modifying SiteBlackBox's code snippets and sending invalid data, may cause the immediate termination of your license.
As a user of SiteBlackBox you understand that: SiteBlackBox gathers information of bugs and other negative events that occur on your website. SiteBlackBox shall not be responsible to any of the information gathered, to the fixing of the problems or issues the service monitors. SiteBlackBox site, including "My dashboard" and the provided services are all provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, SiteBlackBox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, SiteBlackBox does not warrant that the functions used by you will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or pf any implications of the use of its services on the performances of your site, network or computer. SiteBlackBox shall not warrant the correctness, accuracy, and reliability of the information gathered and displayed by its services. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall SiteBlackBox be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, the services provided through the Licenses, the Site. Not withstanding the provisions of any applicable laws, it is hereby agreed that in no event shall SiteBlackBox's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in respect to the services provided to you by SiteBlackBox.
By accessing this Site, you and SiteBlackBox agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law and You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv - Yafo, Israel.
SiteBlackBox retains ownership and all rights to all logos, icons, trademarks, software, trade secrets, databases, reports, services and the Site and all content therein. In order to protect SiteBlackBox's copyrights and other proprietary rights in the Site and the Site Applications, you undertake not to remove or destroy any of SiteBlackBox's proprietary trademark, copyright markings or confidential legends or other identification of proprietary information or intellectual property rights. You will not use such markings, legends, identification or any similar markings, legends or identification in any manner without SiteBlackBox's prior written consent.
